Well what is L&L? lolz Well, its Life and Love.
Oh right today I'm gonna touch on that.
I'm pretty sure that many of us are more concerned about boy girl relationships(BGR) more than how we live our lives and how the way we live our lives can affect others.
Here is an example of one that got affected..

Well I feel kinda sad reading this...
But this actually shows us how the way we make empty promises can make others feel. Well this is only one example of how the way we act affect others. Others like saying unkind words to others, not being considerate for others feelings, etc etc.
The way we act can actually result in another person developing wrong behaviors that may be influenced by you and me. How do we get influenced? Well I know some of us like to think that way, "If he or she can do it? Why can't I?" But nooo thats not the way to Live life.
I also said most of us are more concerned about BGR then how to live our lives. Why?
Why should we put Living our lives the right way in front of BGR?
Many of us always like to think. Ohh if she was my girlfriend I would do this and that. Ohh if I had a boyfriend I would love him the way like this and that. Then we would think that we would love each other like nobody has ever loved that way before. (Can we know how to love our partners if we do not know how to love our parents or friends? No I doubt so.)
Well no you can't learn how to love without learning how to live.
Life is one big piece and Love is only one of the pieces.
If you are looking at learning how to love and Miss out learning how to Live your life the right way. You are really missing out something because one cannot learn how to love without learning how to live.
A man asked Jesus Of all the commandments Which was the most important?
Jesus gave this answer:
"The most important one... is this... 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strenght.' The second is this: 'Love your neighbour as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."(Mark 12:29-33)
So how do you Love your neighbour as yourself?
You accomplish that by "Do to others as you would have done them to you"(Luke 6:31)
It also can mean treating others the way that you would like yourself to be treated.
To sum today up.
Jesus gave two greatest commandment, To love God and to Love others. They can't be seperated. When we serve others. We're serving our Lord(Matthew 25:40). Jesus laid his life down for us to show us what love is, and He calls us to follow His example(1 John 3:16). The Word(bible) tells us to humble ourselves, to consider other better than ourselves, and to look to their interest first(Philippians 2:3-4).
We glorify God in our relationships when we put our needs aside and base our decisions on what serves the interest of the other person. Here are some examples of selfless question we ask when we're guided by a selfless desire to do what's best for another:
Is starting this relationship now what's best for him?
Will expressing my feelings now serve her?
Are my actions encouraging him to love God more?
Am I communicating clearly in a way that helps her?
Does the way I dress encourage him to have a pure thought life?(refers to skimpy dressing)
Will kissing her be the best for her in the long run?
Will taking her for a fun night out despite her parents disapproval be the best for her?
Just look at how lovely things can be if we all know how to live our lives the right way and know how to love one another.
~True love is always selfless and not selfish~ If you know true love I doubt you would be making empty promises.
